Eternity Magazine offered its first editorial note, back in 2005. And, its title was: POSITIVE THINKING.
Since then, Eternity has been on its relentless journey and is bringing about the critical thinking and views and voices, on various themes and issues, by many authors, poets and scholars, across the world.
Eternity is meant for the welfare of humankind. It stands to seek the tools for wellbeing, peace and progress of humanity, within literature, art, music, culture and in all spheres of human life, mind and soul.
As this world gets more and more drawn towards materialistic ways of life, human beings are often, away from the knowledge and awareness of the self and its essence. And that is found at the root of most, or rather all problems, that the humankind has been facing. From the problems like intolerance, racism, violence, terrorism to natural disasters, climate change and pandemics which are not only disrupting the very fabric of our social system, but also beginning to pose existential threat to humanity, can actually be tracked down to a single most prominent point i.e. the lack of awareness of self. The solutions can be approached with self-awareness and understanding of society with self and spiritual awareness.
Therefore, our endeavour always is to bring together poets, writers, thinkers, reformers, spiritual activists and philosophers. Also, singers, musicians and artists with their aesthetic sensibilities. In our past issues, we have presented the essence of this wisdom through the writings of many notable poets and authors including Goldie Morales and Najwa Salam Brax in America, Pamela Constantine in England, Joanne Olivieri in San Francisco, Rod Farmer in Maine, Melissa R Mendelson in New York, Anneke Buys in The Netherlands, Peter G.P.
